The USS Carlsbad (NCC-73110) was a California-class Federation starship operated by Starfleet during the late 24th century. In 2381, the Carlsbad was under the command of Captain Maier.
Early that year, the Carlsbad visited Pellex II. Shortly thereafter, around stardate 58256 the Carlsbad joined the USS Hood and USS Cerritos at Jengus IV. Following the departure of the Hood, the crews of the Carlsbad and Cerritos coordinated to relocate the scientists stationed at Outpost 76 to a new location. (LD: "Mining The Mind's Mines")
Later that year, the Carlsbad was scheduled to participate in a huge project with the Cerritos. (LD: "Room for Growth")
Much, much later that year, the Carlsbad joined an armada of California-class to defend their sister ship, the Cerritos, from the USS Aledo. After successfully destroying the Aledo, the armada went to Douglas Station. (LD: "The Stars At Night")

Background information[]
The Carlsbad is presumably named after Carlsbad, California.
According to Star Trek: Lower Decks series creator Mike McMahan, a California-class ship with blue hull markings is "usually deployed to places where there has to be more medical expertise." [1]
