Sa'an Noonien-Singh was a 23rd century Human.
She was the mother of La'an Noonien-Singh and Manu Noonien-Singh and the partner of Ronu Noonien-Singh.
She was with her family aboard the SS Puget Sound when the colony ship was captured by the Gorn. They were taken to one of the species' nursery planets where she was subsequently killed. (SNW: "Strange New Worlds")
