The Rev-1 was a Vau N'Akat warship constructed at Asencia's command, after she usurped control of Solum in 2384. It was the first of an advanced new class of vessels that incorporated temporal technologies obtained via thoughts forcibly extracted from Wesley Crusher. The vessel was completed in a very short time within a temporal accelerant vault. (PRO: "Brink")
In 2385, Asencia sent the Rev-1 to attack the USS Voyager-A and USS Protostar. The ship immobilized Voyager with an energy drain that siphoned its power to energize its own incursor weapon. Unable to lock onto the Rev-1's weapons array due to chronometric interference, Admiral Kathryn Janeway launched Nova Squadron to scan the ship at close range. Though their Nova Flyers were intercepted by the Rev-1's defensive drones, they were able to clear the way for the Protostar to achieve the objective. Voyager then fired a spread of quantum torpedoes at the array, but the Drednok on Rev-1 recalled its drones in time to generate a force field that blocked them. (PRO: "Ascension, Part I")
The Rev-1 subsequently fired its incursor at Voyager. The weapon pierced Voyager's hull and began to generate a temporal radiation field that aged all within at a greatly accelerated rate. Zero, as a Medusan, managed to withstand the field long enough to reprogram the weapon to target Cadet Maj'el's Flyer instead. Maj'el and her squadmates proceeded to lead the incursor on a collision course with the Rev-1. Using the Boothby Supernova maneuver, Nova Squadron escaped to safety just before the incursor struck the Rev-1, destroying it. (PRO: "Ascension, Part II")
