Post Mainframe Acid-Cadassian Ten Forwardcore

A band playing music in the style of Post Mainframe Acid-Cardassian Ten Forwardcore

In an anything but canon account, the Post Mainframe Acid-Cardassian Ten Forwardcore was a genre of music that was apparently heavily influenced by Cardassian music, and likely often played in nightclubs such as Ten Forward.

Commander William T. Riker on trombone, Lieutenant Hikaru Sulu on keyboards, and Lieutenant Commander Montgomery Scott on drums made up the core of a Post Mainframe Acid-Cardassian Ten Forwardcore band that performed on the bridge of the USS Enterprise, with Arex on double guitar and M'Ress on tambourine. Co-lead vocals were shared between Riker and Sulu, with additional vocals provided by D'Vana Tendi. In addition to the band members listed above, their music also made use of archive sounds from the computer, which they displayed on the viewscreen, using the chirping sound of transporters and communicators as part of their music. (VST: "Walk, Don't Run")

Lyrics to the song[]

:It doesn't matter if you're OG or new

Or if you're skin is magenta or blue (or green)
You call yourself Ferengi or Klingon (Klingon)
Life's a party
A party to bring on
A party
Let your love spread like it's Discovery
Help your addict friends with their recovery
'Cause if you wanna live long and prosper
You gotta put love on your duty roster
Trombone solo

:Oh my! Oh shy! Oh fry! Oh pie!

Oh my! Oh shy! Oh fry! Oh why?
If you wanna live long and prosper
You've gotta put love on your duty roster
Space is indifferent and cool
It's up to us to love and to live bold
Live bold, to live bold
Oh my! Oh my! Oh my!
