Mister Hospitality was the Emergency Hospitality Hologram aboard La Sirena. He was one of several emergency holograms (the others being Emil, Emmet, Enoch, and Ian), and was modeled after the ship's captain, Cristóbal Rios, albeit with a gentler disposition, a softer voice, and an American accent. Rios seldom used the hologram himself, however, and regarded it with disdain, as he preferred to be alone. (PIC: "Absolute Candor")
In 2399, Jean-Luc Picard paused the holoprogram of his study at Château Picard, and Mister Hospitality appeared to ask if the program contained any inaccuracies. (PIC: "Absolute Candor")
Later, while La Sirena was en route to Deep Space 12, Mister Hospitality was activated when Raffi Musiker attempted to order alcohol from her replicator, as she had disabled alcohol service from her quarters a few days prior. (PIC: "Broken Pieces")
