Enoch was the Emergency Navigational Hologram used during the late 24th century by Captain Cristóbal Rios aboard La Sirena. He was one of several emergency holograms (the others being Emil, Emmet, Ian, and Mister Hospitality), and was programmed with Rios' likeness, save for small details such as his hair and the fact that he spoke with an Irish accent. In 2399, Enoch informed Rios that the navigational sensors were back online and attempted to gauge Rios' mood about having Jean-Luc Picard aboard La Sirena. (PIC: "The End is the Beginning")
Later, Rios activated Enoch to automatically navigate while La Sirena was en route to Deep Space 12. (PIC: "Broken Pieces")
