The Louvre was an art museum located in Paris, France on Earth.
Before 2022, Pelia stole Johannes Vermeer's The Concert from the Louvre. In 2259, the museum was hounding her to return it, to which she demurred by insisting that the painting in her possession was actually a fake. (SNW: "Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow")
Michael Burnham and Saru visited the Louvre in the comic "Star Trek: Discovery - Captain Saru", set in 2257.
