General Gra'val was a Klingon who served as an officer in the Klingon Imperial Fleet in the mid-23rd century.
During the Klingon War of 2256–57, Gra'val was one of three warlords subordinate to General Dak'Rah on the contested moon of J'Gal. He and his fellows, Commander Kiff and Captain Ruh'lis, supported the declaration of all those on J'Gal other than Klingon warriors to be enemies, which led to the massacre of civilians on Athos. Starfleet special forces, led by Lieutenant Va'Al Trask, attempted but failed to assassinate the Klingon leadership on J'Gal. Before the Federation evacuated the moon, Doctor Joseph M'Benga undertook the mission personally and killed Gra'val with a d'k tahg. His blood still remained on the blade in M'Benga's possession as of 2259. (SNW: "Under the Cloak of War")
