Flood and Waters Subsiding was a fresco by the painter Paolo Uccello, depicting the disembarkation of Noah's Ark after a flood.
In an alternate reality, admiral Alexander Marcus had a print of the fresco on a wall across from his desk in his office. The print also depicted part of the fresco directly below it, Noah's Sacrifice and His Drunkenness. A study for the painting, "Perspective Study of Mazzocchio", also hung in Marcus' office. The fresco is located in the Santa Maria Novella in Florence.
