The ark in the fresco Flood and Waters Subsiding
Noah's Ark was a ship built by Noah mentioned in the Bible that weathered a great flood.
After being ordered by James T. Kirk to build a salt water tank for two humpback whales in the cargo bay of the HMS Bounty, Montgomery Scott said, "The great flood and Noah's Ark, what a way to finally go." This line came from the script for Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home; however, the line wasn't mentioned in the movie.
