The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special is a 2022 web television special and the second to be set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Phase Four. It was produced by Marvel Studios as a Special Presentation for Disney+, and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The film was directed by James Gunn, from a screenplay by written by himself, just as he did with the movies the special is based on, Guardians of the Galaxy and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
