Loki is an American web television series. It was greenlit by Disney+, and will be third miniseries set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), specifically after the events of the film Avengers: Endgame. It will also tie in to another subsequent film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Main characters[]
- Tom Hiddleston as Loki: The God of Mischief, who was born a Frost Giant, and adopted by Odin, the king of Asgard, making him the adopted brother of Thor. The 2012 Loki is able to escape captivity of the Avengers, with the help of the Space Stone, due to a mishap involving 2023 Iron Man and Ant-Man losing it in a scuffle with 2012 Hulk. Due to that disruption, this variant becomes wanted by the Time Variance Authority (TVA), which monitors the timeline as well as the multiverse.
- Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie Laufeydottir: A female Variant of Loki, who escaped the TVA as a child and has been on the run since.
- Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Ravonna Renslayer: A judge of the TVA.
- Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15: A Hunter of the TVA.
- Eugene Cordero as Casey: A clerk of the TVA.
- Sasha Lane as Hunter C-20: A Hunter of the TVA.
- Jack Veal as Kid Loki: A child Variant of Loki, who killed Thor.
- DeObia Oparei as Boastful Loki: A Variant Loki who claims to have killed Captain America and Iron Man before taking all six Infinity Stones from himself.
- Tara Strong as Miss Minutes: The sentient cartoon mascot of the TVA.
- Richard E. Grant as Classic Loki: A Variant Loki who survived being killed by Thanos leading him to go into a self exile.
- Jonathan Majors as He Who Remains: The founder and ruler of the TVA, who ended the Multiversal War. He was killed by Sylvie and replaced with a far more dangerous variant (likely Kang).
- Owen Wilson as Agent Mobius M. Mobius: A member of the TVA who seeks Loki's help in capturing another rogue time variant of himself.
