Great way to earn cash back on everyday shopping!
I am very happy with Rakuten and the money I "earn by shopping" every month - can't beat a deal and cash back!
One thing I would like is when I click on the "activate" button, that the splash page doesn't stick around so long or have an option in settings to deactivate that "cash back activated" pop-up page.

Rakuten has made my experience worth while by being attentive to the customer needs. Responding back in an appropriate manner and time. Helping when help is needed and resolving the customer needs. They are not perfect and need a little work in many areas but overall it's been a pleasure to use Rakuten.

I love shopping with Rakuten. Sometimes I am interrupted during my online shopping by phone calls or tasks that I need to address immediately or even power disruptions (happens a lot in the Florida Keys). Rakuten always reminds me that I left something in my shopping cart.

Absolutely hands down the easiest way to make money by simply shopping, WIN-WIN...love the BIG CHECK that I receive for simply purchasing from selected stores that Rakuten has listed. It's like getting a discount while I shop. I've been a member since it started and can't believe how EASY it is to use and track. Love Rakuten!!!

I always appreciate getting money back after shopping, and I use them more than any of the other ones out there. My only complaint is with so many of us shopping for ridiculously expensive groceries, why can't you begin to include groceries as well? I will wait patiently!!!

While it took a little time, and Crocs had yet to inform you of the purchase, with my receipt I was able to get the cash back. The individuals who emailed back and forth with me were professional. I did however, initially include the purchase information, they did request it again before add the cash back to my account.

Rakuten is relatively easy to use and it's hard to argue with cash back.
Pros: Easy to use tools like browser extension and mobile app. Easy to track "shopping trips" and orders.
Cons: Categories can be complicated or vague.

It’s always an added bonus to get a rebate from Rakuten when you are going to spend money on buying something. I get so upset when I forget to go thru Rakuten first before I get on a sellers app and buy something cause I calculate home much money I missed out on.

I usually like to leave good reviews, but after thinking about it, I decided to leave this negative review. I am not happy with the extensive follow-up to get my correct cashback posted. It is either given on the wrong amount or never tracked. The follow-up is turning into a part time job. I have been a member for quite some time and never had the issues I have had in the past few years. I am starting to look at other options similar to rakuten.

Shopping using Rakuten is a no brainer. Who doesn't like getting cash back when Shopping. I have never had an issue with any of my purchases and use them for all my online Shopping and getting paid out is easy. If your not using Rakuten you should! They are not like other cash back sites that want you to verify purchases or put a holds on your account after you have earned over a certain amount. Rakuten is legit and I have been using them for a few years.

The Temu site is very easy to read and intuitive to use. Customers are kept informed on every step of the fulfillment and delivery process. Should there be any problems with delivered products, returns/refunds are immediately handled with excellent customer service.

Rakuten was working great until May 31. Since then NONE of my frequent Instacart trips have paid cash back. Customer support has been limited for this issue. So frustrating

I really love making a bit of money while doing my regular shopping. Being old and forgetful, sometimes I forget to go to the online store through your site. But other than that I have no technical issues and just enjoy what is offered.

Whenever there are issues with cash back they are always on top of it and take care of it to make sure we get our bonus money in our accounts.

When entering a site to shop that has Rakuten. Once you click to activate Rakuten it doesn't stay activated thru the entire shopping experience. Then you check out thinking is active and it prompts you to activate again. You just missed that opportunity to make money. In other words, once you activate Rakuten it needs to stay active as long as you are shopping on that site.

Although I activate the special offer, most of the time the purchase is not logged and I do not get cash back unless I send an email for each purchase ( a time suck..) especially for frequent purchases at CVS, etc. Very disappointing.

Rakuten gives prompt notices whenever I have earned cash back rewards from purchases. They also are prompt at providing solutions when I have inquiries or problems.

Using Rakuten is so easy and who doesn’t enjoy getting a little bit back on every eligible purchase? I buy whatever i would have bought anyway but using Rakuten saves me a little off the purchase price.

It's so easy to earn real money! I was skeptical at first but I'm a believer. It's really no different to regular online shopping. You go to Rakuten, select the retailer you wish to shop and then shop! No tricks, no hoops to jump through. Easiest money you'll ever make.
