RAKUTAN HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT MY ISSUE! THEY KEEP SENDING SURVEYS BUT HAVEN'T COMPLETED THE INVESTIGATION INTO TEMU AND MANY MISSING CASH BACKS! DO I HAVE TO FILE YET ANOTHER ( THIS WOULD BE NUMBER 7) COMPLAINT TO GET ANY ACTION?

Love the ease of getting cash back. I wish there was an option to enter your shopping experience in case u forget to go through the app first when shopping on your mobile device. other than that it's been great. the plug in is very helpful.

Love the Cash Back; Would Like Off-Line Purchase Options
I love getting cash back, of course. It's fun to watch for those little purple "R" symbols to show up. The down side, though, for those of us who don't use "smart" phones, is that we miss out on a lot of cash back opportunities. I would like to have a clear and easy way to claim the benefit without the cell phone link.

Worth signing up
It is worth signing up. I enjoy getting money back for things I'm already ordering. Easy to use. I like that I can search by the item I want to buy or by store name. It allows you to get the best deal on something, even if it's not at the normal place you order it from.

I have been a member for over 10 years. I'll say it again: Anyone who doesn't sign up for Rakuten is missing out big time!!! It is so simple to join, takes minutes, and the checks arrive every 3 months. I have had great experiences, will forever be a member. My last check was over $500. !!! Love Rakuten!

Love the extension on the web browsers that pops up when Rakuten is available! I do have to "Find My Money" quite a bit though-- shopping trip doesn't finish when I make a purchase.

Worth It!
At first, I didn't think an app like this would earn me money. Then I started using it. Low and behold, it let's me earn rewards and cashbacks just like a normal credit card can. Really worth it and easy to use.

Rakuten helps me save money by sending me a check for purchases I make with the companies they do business with. It's easy to do and I feel it's a win win for both myself and the vendor.
