I had absolutely a fantastic experience using prime opinion until I went to log on this morning to complete my usual surveys only to find out that for some reason I have been blocked. To make things worse I still have unpaid surveys with them and as you would know it takes a lot of time to do these surveys for the reward. Tried to find any contact details to find out why is hopeless.......

I have been a user for 123 days and have the streak for that amount of time, however more an more frequency I've been getting screened out of up to 4/5 surveys before getting one. It's just not worth my time and effort. Now I've reached 500 surveys I got the points (£20 worth) I was working towards I'm stopping for a while . On a positive note the chat people are always lovely polite and can add few points on when you have been screened out after many minutes but they can't change the system. I will return in few months and hopefully I will be leaving a more positive review. Good luck to anyone using prime opinion 👍

I know this will sound silly but I keep trying and yesterday I reach a $5 amount so I could collect that. I admit that it probably took me 25 tries to get on surveys but I am old, white and a woman which is all negative with surveys.

Surveys are well put together and I like the different options;most points, short surveys.
The one issue is the late DQ by providers. That happens far too often for no good reason .

It's a great site to make an extra money. Just giving a candid answer is more than enough to earn some money very easily. I don't like too much the fact that sometimes I spend several minutes in a survey and when I finished it, it says my profile didn't match. But overall, the page is nice.

Prime Opinion is the fairest survey platform I have dealt with to date. It offers a large variety of surveys to survey takers divided by survey length and points. Here is where this survey co. could go far beyond other survey co.s , by adding the division of subject matter and listing the survey creator co.because its well known that some survey creator co.s are more dishonest than others.Prime Opinion is almost always certain to award a basic 1 or 2 pts compensatory amount if a survey company fails to accept a survey taker or screens him/her out. But this is not 100%, I place this at about 95/96% which is far above other survey platforms, Therefore room for improvement. If one DOES bring up an issue to support, I have found support answers quickly and 98% fairly. Another suggestion for improvement, offer more points for minutes per survey. And here is perhaps the greatest need for improvement, it happens often enough that the actual length of a survey, is quite a bit more than the estimated length that is listed, and this needs to be corrected.

i found this surveys app and i give them a try, ok so i do 2 surveys and i got 442 points and i need 500 to cash out, so the catch is i used a promo code to get "Only for new members: Earn 20% more for 7 days! Use the code SUMMER2024 within
24 hours of signing up! Only for a limited time!" so i get blocked i dont know why, i am such a treat because i read fast? or is because i am just 58 points to cash out? or to give me less days with the promo code? this for me is a big red flag and i been having issues with survey apps that stole my points and just blocked me to not pay my money? i dont know how many time do they need to review my account is been less than 30 minutes that i open the account and just 2 surveys!! this is unaceptable
