Representative Brandon Williams is one of the House’s most vulnerable Republicans. Two Democrats are competing to challenge his hold on a Syracuse-area swing seat this fall: Sarah Klee Hood, an Air Force veteran, and John Mannion, a state senator who represents the area in Albany.
