I began taking the Bariatric Multivitamin approximately one week ago, and I've been having a seamless time so far. The supplement has no flavor/taste I can make out, plus they are relatively easy to swallow. They do come in large capsules, but the outer coating has made it much easier to take every day (and only once a day!). With the multivitamin, I don't need to take a separate vitamin, as it packs all of my daily nutrients in one capsule. If you do the math, these are a phenomenal budget-friendly option when compared to other brands as you get more vitamins per dollar. What got me to finally put a review was that I just got the go-ahead from my dietician to continue using these supplements. May your blood levels be in your favor!
