Wow I’ve heard great things about Lions mane and its benefits. I’ve decided to try this product because of the price. This stuff is potent! I’ve always had sleeping problems and could stay awake for even days. This stuff has helped me sleep to well. Sometimes I even get tired throughout the day and want/need to sleep! I’ve eased off this stuff because I’ve read more than 250-500 mg is too much! Maybe that’s why I’ve been sleeping better! If you’re having sleeping problems I recommend. Now please note that Lions mane does affect people differently. I’ve read lions mane can keep some people awake and others it helps with sleeping.

My husband has dementia and his neurologist recommend Lion’s Mane along with his prescription drugs. The first bottle I bought was a different brand and at a local health food store, which was very expensive. Those pills were much smaller, though. These pills are huge, making it harder to swallow, especially for the elderly! But then, the price is soooooo much better! Less than half the price of the health food store.
I’ll stick with the lower price and suggest he take that large pill alone and not with all the others, so as to avoid a choking hazard.
