Even though this bottle’s lid requires a downward push to open it, it’s still always easy to open with my weak, painful hands, thankfully. The protective seal beneath the cap was also fairly easy for me to remove cleanly. These gummies are labeled as being non-GMO, which I greatly appreciate. I’m a fan of all the various ingredients, but since I already take so many of them singularly or via other multi-supplements, I have to be careful to not overlap too much of anything, especially the Iodine. I do love that to accompany the Iodine in this, Selenium is present.

The gummies themselves are plenty sweet, tasting very candy-like, but they also have that un-ignorable sourness that often comes with Sour Apple flavors. There was a point in my life when I couldn’t have tolerated this degree of candy sourness, though I find it delightful now. These gummies are incredibly soft so that you can bite straight thru them, meaning they don’t stick much to my teeth. If it weren’t for the outer, sugary crystal coating that gives these a nice bit of extra texture, I feel that these gummies would probably ooze into a giant blob because of how soft they are. As they are, though, they maintain their structure perfectly well.

Finally, at a recommended serving size of 2 gummies per day, this bottle of 60 gummies is intended to last for just one month.

I like the blend of supplements in this blend and the gummy has a nice tart taste that I find refreshing - but 3g of sugars plus 3g of added sugars is a lot. If you are watching your sugar intake look again.
These do get points for being well manufactured in the US. These are non-GMO, are GMP certified, and third party tested - all good things. I have yet to see if these have had any effect on my thyroid, so time will tell

Thyroid support in minerals (good forms I might add), some vitamins, and a long list of assistive herbs. There is sugar in these, so they are a great mid afternoon snack with benefits. you get a 30 day supply when you take 2 gummies as recommended. They have sort of an apple taste, but a nice and sweet tasting. Good for taking to the office as you can suck on them like a candy.

I really like this supplement. I love that it has a number of good ingredients that I would normally take separately in one supplement. I love the taste, it's like eating sweet and sour candy. The serving size is two and the bottle contains a one-month supply. I have been taking Thyroid supplements for a while and this is the easiest way I have found to take it; two tasty gummies. They do contain a little sugar but it's not a huge amount. Overall I love these and do highly recommend them.

Extremely sour fruit tasting…it’s ok..but just be forewarned. I do like the ingredients however. They are also coated in sugar which the photos in the description do not show. I think they are two different products.
