I've been using the Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) 600mg supplement for a couple of months now, and I feel it’s making a difference in my overall health. This supplement combines ALA with Benfotiamine and vitamins B1 and B12, creating a potent blend aimed at supporting nerve health, metabolism, and providing antioxidant protection. Each serving contains 600mg of ALA, which is known for its ability to support the body's antioxidant defenses.

One of the main reasons I started taking this supplement was to support my energy levels and metabolism. ALA plays a crucial role in converting glucose into energy, which is essential for maintaining vitality throughout the day. While I haven't experienced a dramatic boost in energy, I do feel a bit more consistent in my daily activities. There are fewer energy slumps, and I generally feel more balanced.

This bottle was safety sealed outside and safety sealed inside the cap. The supplements are regular size and should be easily taken by most people. I am excited to try this supplement. I like the included B vitamins also. There are 120 capsules in this bottle. The serving size is 2 capsules. I would order this item again.

This is another good product! The supplement contains simple, clean ingredients: Alpha Lipoic Acid, Vitamins B1 & B12, and benfotiamine. That is a really goodd blend of ingredients. The bottle contains 120 capsules which will last two full months. I like that the product is made in the USA in a GMP facility. This is a good supplement!

I like taking supplements that has more than just one item in it. This Alpha Lipoic Acid Vitamin contains more than just ALA but also has B1 & B12, and benfotiamine. It’s an antioxidant that claims to provide energy and help your nerves. These pills were easy to swallow, had no after taste and I had no ill effects from taking them. It’s a 30 day supply if you take the recommended dose of 2 per day. Do your research and check with your doctor to be sure it’s right for you.
