I’ve had trouble sleeping my whole life. Been on a few prescribed sleeping meds but didn’t like the rebound I would get without them. Melatonin gave me disturbingly vivid dreams. Magnesium did almost nothing. Ashwagandha helped with anxiety relief but didn’t made me sleeping. L-Theanine was the one for me!! I take it 2-3 hours before bedtime and I find myself getting sleepy naturally. It helps me ease into sleep. I feel relaxed and calm enough to just close my eyes and drift off. This supplement has been a life saver for me. The size of the pills is also convenient because they aren’t so huge that it’s a struggle to swallow them.
