Minor, but noticeable improvement
These little yellow capsules have an interesting smell to them and will certainly make you pee a dark yellow making it hard to tell if you are drinking enough water throughout the day. I found that taking this supplement for a couple of weeks that I did notice an overall improvement, even if minor, in my energy levels and maybe even metabolism. It wasn’t much of an improvement, but it was noticeable.The supplement comes in capsule form and they are slightly smaller than average. They are plenty easy to swallow. I am not sure the exact smell of the supplement, but its almost like a sweet cereal smell and it reminds me of some other B vitamin supplements that I have tried before (also having the similar effect of plenty of yellow after affect).
