The capsules are medium size, a little on the earthy side. I thought I would try this lung cleanser detox, as I was an ex-smoker, many years ago. I have started to take this about 5 days ago and so far, no upset stomach or anything bad feeling. I believe that to give a more definite result will need to be taking for quite some time in the months to come. I hope and believe that this supplement will be beneficial.
