I have never taken supplements such as these so I'm unable to compare it, and I'm not sure how long I would need to take these to see a big difference. I feel that these are just ok. I do feel a bit more alert but not enough to make sure I don't miss a dose. I don't get an upset stomach or any other adverse effects after taking it so I will continue to finish the bottle and see if it makes more of a difference the more I take it.
