The Vital Crystal is a consumable item which permanently increases a player's health regeneration ramping speed by 20%. It can only be used once per character, however, multiple Crystals can be obtained.

Note: The Vital Crystal doesn't increase health regeneration directly but rather increases regeneration ramping speed by 20%.
