No, sysops only = editable by admins only, regardless of who created the page. RMF 03:25, 2 May 2006 (UTC)

How long to stay?[]

I came across some pages that were semi-protected, and noticed some of them were protected ages ago (2008 on one!). Only 2 small edits were made since, so that made me think, how long do pages stay protected? Does anybody check on these? Does unprotecting it do anything? I'm a bit puzzled as to why you don't seem to have something like wikipedia's edit protected template here. Are all edit requests just supposed to go on this talk page, rather than the relevant talk page? —SamBronson (talk) 20:13, March 16, 2015 (UTC)
