For other uses, see Outer Rim (disambiguation).

The Outer Rim was an alcoholic beverage served at Oga's Cantina in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY.[2] The cocktail was brown in color and served with ice and black salt on the glass's rim. The drink was suitable for human consumption and shared its name[1] with the Outer Rim Territories.[3] One night after the First Order killed Zade Kalliday's smuggling partner, Kalliday visited Oga's Cantina and drank the beverage before giving a speech to cantina's patrons, trying to agitate them to join the Resistance.[4]

Behind the scenes[]

The Outer Rim is one of the alcoholic beverages sold to customers at the Oga's Cantina bar in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.[1] It's composed of margarita with a black salt rim. The beverage was first revealed as part of a large promotional event held on February 26, 2019.[5] The menu's description reads, "Patrón Silver tequila, Cedilla açaí liqueur, lime juice, pure cane sugar, with black salt and exotic fruit purée."[6]
