The 501st Legion in the Original Trilogy[]
In chapter 14 of Battlefront: Twilight Company, Governor Chalis identifies Vader's 501st at the Battle of Hoth. Should the Appearances list on this page therefore include Episode V? Can we assume that the 501st fights alongside Vader in Episodes IV and VI, too? And, if so, should this retcon in the Original Trilogy be considered the 1st appearance of the 501st? Not all battles are listed[]
This article appears to be short for a clone trooper unit of such high prestige and lore in the Star Wars Universe. I recommend someone who has the knowledge to expand on this page as the 501st was known to take part in more battles well beyond the Battle of Scipio, including the Seige of Mandalore. Please fix this!
The Vader's Fist isn't canon anymore[]
Like said in the article First Legion, Storyboard wanted to separate Vader's Stormtrooper squad from Anakin's Clone Trooper Squad since Vader wanted nothing to do with Anakin--76.69.86.166 07:27, October 27, 2018 (UTC)
Star Wars Squadrons states that Vader led the 501st as a Commander.So does that overwrite the 1st Legion ?
