Jipps owed Beckett a favor and Beckett threatened to turn him over to the Hutts. Jinn grabbed his musical instruments and left with them.

The Ruin was waiting for them outside and attacked when they left the control room. The chase continued throughout the base until they reached the hangar bay. Jipps had tried to warn Val and Beckett multiple times that the Ruin will be there to meet them which was true when the gang arrived and cornered the. But then an explosion erupted taking out the wall behind Val and Beckett. Their pilot Rio Durant appeared, ready to pick them up. The group quickly left and Beckett thanked the Ruin for their "hospitality."

Later on, Val was angry with Beckett for putting them all in danger just to rescue Jibbs. But Beckett promised that he had a surprise for her. After the ship landed, he brought her out and surprised her with a relaxing view of the sunset, with beverages and music provided by Jibbs.
