"With the unexpected arrival of Hansor’s Hooligans at Sedratis City last night, the local sports world has focused on what must be acknowledged as a dramatic turn of events."
―A news report included in the fiftieth-anniversary edition of Galladinium's Galactic Datalog of Fantastic Technology[3]

Sedratis City was situated in the Sedratis system of the Core Worlds. It contained the Sedratis Coliseum, and Demelza's Destructors were the city's premier gladiator walker combat team. During the Galactic Civil War, the Destructors' bitter rivals, Hansor's Hooligans, unexpectedly arrived in Sedratis City and, taking up residence at the Sedratis Coliseum, challenged the city's team to try and evict them. In response, fan demand soared for tickets to the showdown between the two teams.

Description[]

"Having apparently worked out the details in secret with local promoters months ago, Hansor's team has taken up residence in the Sedratis Coliseum and has issued a challenge to the Destructors to evict him if they can!"
―A news report included in the fiftieth-anniversary edition of Galladinium's Galactic Datalog of Fantastic Technology[3]

Sedratis City was a settlement[3] located in[2] the Core Worlds' Sedratis system.[1] It was the site of the structure known as the Sedratis Coliseum.[3]

History[]

"As is well known, Madrix Hansor and his four teammates have had a long-standing rivalry with Sedratis City’s premier gladiator walker team, Demelza’s Destructors."

Sedratis City was located in the Sedratis system (galactic surroundings pictured).

During the Galactic Civil War, Demelza's Destructors, a member of the Core Gladiator Walker League, was the premier gladiator walker team of Sedratis City. Few believed that Hansor's Hooligans, a team that had a bitter rivalry with the Destructors, would travel the considerable distance to the city in order to issue a personal challenge to their competitors. However, the Hooligans' captain Madrix Hansor planned to do exactly that, secretly making arrangements with local promoters months in advance.[3]

Finally,[3] at some point between 0 ABY and 3 ABY,[4] Hansor's team arrived in Sedratis City, surprising fans of the gladiator walker sport. The Hooligans took up residence at the Sedratis Coliseum and challenged the Destructors to evict them. Over the subsequent twelve hours, the demand for tickets to the expected showdown between the two teams overwhelmed electronic ticketing systems, and a news report from the day after the issuing of the challenge that mentioned the events in Sedratis City was subsequently included in the fiftieth-anniversary edition of Galladinium's Galactic Datalog of Fantastic Technology.[3]

Behind the scenes[]

Sedratis City was mentioned in Galladinium's Fantastic Technology, a 1995 sourcebook authored by Rick D. Stuart for use with West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[3]
