The Ryloth Defense Authority, or RDA, was a paramilitary group founded to defend Ryloth from oppression and slavery. A philosophical descendant of the freedom fighter Cham Syndulla's Free Ryloth Movement, the Ryloth Defense Authority operated with the knowledge of the Ryloth government, though also acted independently as a supplemental militia. It was led by former Rebel Alliance operative Yendor. In the aftermath of the Battle of Crait, Yendor and the Ryloth Defense Authority provided assistance to General Leia Organa's Resistance.[1]
