A storage room of the Evereni Ro family was located on the ship Gaze Electric underneath the vessel's throne hall. The room was only accessible by members of the Evereni species, and if a non-Evereni attempted to enter, a self-destruct mechanism would activate. Within the room was the records of the Ro family, including the journal of[1] Marda Ro.[2] In 228 BBY,[3] the Evereni Marchion Ro entered the room in order to learn if his predecessors had encountered anything similar to an entire husked crystal forest that Marchion had discovered on Norisyn's fifth moon. Eventually, Marchion left the room, having determined that his family had not.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The Ro family storage room appeared in the 2024 novel The High Republic: Temptation of the Force, written by Tessa Gratton and published as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase III.[4]

As The High Republic: Temptation of the Force takes place one year and six weeks after the destruction of Starlight Beacon and its events span a few months, its events must be set in 228 BBY.
