Rilias II was a planet.[1] In 228 BBY,[3] it was located with the Occlusion Zone created by the Nihil marauders.[1] That year,[3] the anti-Nihil operative Cair San Tekka broadcasted a message recorded by Jedi Master Avar Kriss from the central water garden.[1]
