Richard Bremmer (born January 27, 1953) is an English actor who portrays a First Order officer in the 2019 film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker. He plays a First Order Supreme Council member attending the meeting in which Kylo Ren presents the head of Boolio and declares that there is a spy within the First Order.^[1]

Bremmer is notable for being the first actor to portray the villain Lord Voldemort in the 2001 film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, in a flashback sequence where the character arrived at the home of the titular character's parents to kill them.
