The Papanoidas were a Pantoran family. The patriarch of the family, Notluwiski Papanoida, was a baron within the Pantoran Assembly and became the new chairman of the assembly[1] following the death of former Chairman Chi Cho during the One-Day War.[5] Notluwiski was the father of three children: Chi Eekway Papanoida,[6] Che Amanwe Papanoida,[7] and Ion Papanoida.[8]
