Oven-roasted Burra Fish was an entrée consisting of brown burra fish roasted in an oven and served with green, orange, and yellow vegetables. It was suitable for human consumption and was served at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Black Spire Outpost on the planet Batuu[1] in 34 ABY[2] during the war between the First Order and the Resistance.[1] Burra fish were harvested from their native planet of Dathomir and cultivated by Batuuan fishing families.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
Oven-roasted Burra Fish was first mentioned on the D23.com website, advertising the Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge park in an article titled "Everything You Need to Know About Star Wars Galaxy's Edge," released on February 27, 2019. The meal was available for purchase by guests from the Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo food stand at Galaxy's Edge[4] upon its opening in 2019.[5] The out-of-universe dish given to guests consists of a Dijon-crusted sustainable fish with mixed greens, roasted vegetables, quinoa, and pumpkin seeds with a creamy green curry ranch dressing.[4]
