An olfactory emitter was part of the technology used aboard the Coral Vanda in their adventure rooms. In conjunction with holographic generators and tactile arrays, olfactory emitters created realistic simulations of other environments. During the early years of the New Republic, the Coral Vanda had four adventure rooms, and the technology was used to create simulations of Coruscant's Imperial Plaza, the sky cities of Tranthellix, a bazaar on an Ithorian Herdship and Berchest's crystal caverns.^[1]
