Mirogana was the capital city of the moon Toshara.[1] A crime-ridden and densely-populated city[2] surrounded by walls,[3] Mirogana was a hotbed of corruption, ruled by a corrupt Imperial governor and several criminal syndicates, including the Pykes.[2]
