The Meridional Ice Cap was a cold region of the planet Tython. The Martyrium of Frozen Tears was located within the Meridional Ice Cap. After learning the location of the Rebel Alliance base on Hoth, Doctor Chelli Aphra instead led Darth Vader to the Meridional Ice Cap on Tython.^[1]
