Malcolm McDowell (born Malcolm John Taylor; June 13, 1943) is an English actor who voices Minister Veris Hydan in Star Wars Rebels. He is best known for playing Alex DeLarge in the 1971 film A Clockwork Orange (where he acts opposite David Prowse, who played Darth Vader in the original trilogy), and is also known for roles such as Mick Travis in the 1968 film if...., the titular character in the 1979 film Caligula, Tolian Soran in the 1994 film Star Trek Generations, and Dr. Samuel Loomis in the 2007 remake Halloween and its 2009 sequel.
