K-344, nicknamed Kurti, was a droid who was the guitarist of the band Star Waver.[2] Formerly abandoned, K-344 found her purpose in music. She had a calm demeanor and an authoritative tone, but let her playing do most of the talking.[1]

Personality and traits[]

"Come on, get up and help, Jay. You know how to fix things too."
―Kurti[2]

Although she did not speak often, Kurti was assertive and authoritative when the situation called for it. She would not allow Jay to sulk idly when Geezer Odajion was captured by Boba Fett, but insisted the former Padawan help with their ship's repairs.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

"Like other members of The Star Waver, music is the only thing she has. She appears cryptic at first, but her affinity for rock and roll shines through when her band members face the ultimate choice."
Kanako Shirasaki[1]
