Josef Altin (born February 12, 1983),[1] born as Yusuf Altin, is an English actor who portrays Seftin Vanik in the 2019 film Star Wars: Episode IX The Rise of Skywalker. He is known for the role of Night's Watch steward Pypar in the HBO fantasy TV series Game of Thrones and Willem Van Bergen in the drama series The Alienist. Other notable performances is his role as Ekrem in the 2007 gangster film Eastern Promises and his roles in The Bill, Peep Show, and Casualty.
