Jetpack Troopers were specialized troopers of the Alliance to Restore the Republic that were equipped with jetpacks that allowed them to hurtle over walls and attack their targets head-on. The Jetpack Troopers were recruited among the most dauntless rebel soldiers.^[1] The Alliance also fielded another class of jetpack-equipped infantry in the form of rocket-jumpers.^[3]
