Jedi outpost (Tempes)

A Jedi outpost was located on the Outer Rim Territories astronomical object Tempes. Constructed during the High Republic Era, the outpost housed several Jedi artifacts, including holocrons and Jedi Temple Guard armor, during the Imperial Era. During this time, aspiring Jedi Luke Skywalker traveled to the outpost to find a lightsaber, where he encountered the spirit of the long-deceased Grand Inquisitor. Skywalker dueled the Inquisitor, and, after defeating him, claimed the still functional half of a lightsaber pike from the temple and returned to the Alliance Fleet.^[1]
