Janeth Bazaldua,[3] known professionally as Jan Bazaldua, is a comic book artist for Marvel Comics.[2] She provided interior artwork for the first issue of the comic book adaptation of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story[4] and multiple issues of the 2020 comic book series Star Wars[5]

For Pride Month in 2021, the various Star Wars series published by Marvel Comics featured variant covers of LGBTQ+ characters illustrated by LGBTQ+ artists.[6] On the Pride variant of Doctor Aphra (2020) 11, the character Sana Starros[7] was illustrated by Bazaldua, who came out in 2020 as a transgender woman.[3]
