The Jakkuan Corn, Chile & Cheese Pie was a snack exclusively available at Kat Saka's Kettle in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland in Anaheim, California for a limited time starting in November, 2022. The snack was a seasonal offering for the park's celebration of Life Day, which corresponded with the real-world holiday season.[3] The snack was brought back several months later in April, 2023, again for a limited time.[4] The menu described the dish as "Roasted Poblano Pepper, Corn, Mozzarella, Citrus Dipping Sauce."[5]
Although the digital menu for Kat Saka's Kettle used an ampersand in the name of the snack,[5] physical menus wrote the name of the pie as "Jakkuan Corn, Chile + Cheese Pie."[3] The pie uses the demonym "Jakkuan" in reference to the planet Jakku introduced in The Force Awakens. However, the accepted demonym for Jakku is Jakkuvian.[6]
