"Any ship going there must first dock with Imperial Station 003, in orbit over Coruscant"
Edmon Rampart explains how to find Tantiss Base[3]

Imperial Station 003,[4] also known as the Imperial Orbital Space Station, was a space station orbiting[1] the Galactic Empire’s capital planet[5] Coruscant.[1] Similar in appearance to an enlarged ICM-092792 construction module,[6] it hosted multiple hangar bays and could dock up to eight Venator-class Star Destroyers in external docking arms.[2]

In 18 BBY,[7] the station was guarded by several clone commandos and stormtroopers and used to collect Force-sensitive children captured from around the galaxy by certain class one bounty hunters. The children were exchanged with credits in the station's hangars and were then transported to the Advanced Science Division's Tantiss Base for experimentation.[2] The station was also the penultimate destination for any ship heading to Tantiss, as they had their crew and cargo inspected before being given clearance to depart. The coordinates to Tantiss Base were then transmitted directly to the starships' navigation computer via a secure link to allow them to perform a hyperspace jump to Wayland without the crew ever learning of its location as one of the various protocols Chief Scientist Doctor Royce Hemlock put in place to keep it secret.[3]

  7. Per the reasoning here, Season 2 of Star Wars: The Bad Batch takes place around 18 BBY. The tally marks made by Omega in The Bad Batch Season 3's first episode, "Confined," indicate the episode must take place at least 21 standard days following her capture, as depicted in the Season 2 episode "Plan 99." According to StarWars "Confined" Trivia Guide | Star Wars The Bad Batch on StarWars.com (backup link), Omega then spends about one hundred and sixty-four further days in captivity by the end of "Confined." As such, the events of Season 3 must begin around 18 BBY and carry on from there.
