Idaflor was an astronomical object[2] located at grid coordinates O-18 in the Outer Rim Territories. It was connected to[1] the planets[3][4] Yar Togna and Chagar IX by a hyperspace route.[1] Uninhabited by 19 BBY,[5] at the start of the Imperial Era, the rogue clone commandos of Clone Force 99 considered hiding out from the Galactic Empire on Idaflor. The idea was ultimately tabled, as they did not have enough fuel to reach Idaflor, so the team decided to make a supply run on the nearby[2] moon[6] of Pantora, while also scrambling their ship's magnetic signature.[2] Ultimately, instead of going to Idaflor, the team traveled to[7] the planet[8] Ord Mantell to meet a former Galactic Republic contact, Trandoshan information broker Ciddarin Scaleback.[7]
