Ian Watkin (25 January, 1940 - 18 May, 2016) was an actor who was chosen to play the character COO-2180 in Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones.

Originally, the COO-2180 was going to be a Human played by actor Ian Watkin. However, George Lucas reconsidered and made it a droid, to better fit along with the "Star Wars" type universe.
