The Imperial broadcaster Alton Kastle reported that the quaint, farming world of Lothal was about to get a new famous resident: Baron Valen Rudor. Sienar Fleet Systems had successfully lured Rudor to its Outer Rim location to test the latest products from its Lothalian factory. Kastle ended his report by urging residents to watch Baron Rudor's display of skills and power.
